14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos of the item so we can review the issue and resolve it quickly.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
